slip sheeting - best thing since sliced bread

This forklift attachment is the best thing since sliced bread, I've implemented the slip sheeting machine and process in a number of business's I've managed and it still amazes me the benefits this forklift attachment provides. Working in GMP manufacturing facilities (no wooden/fibrous materials/pallets in the manufacturing facility are allowed) this attachment ensures warehouse staff are not wasting tens of hours each day reloading product from plastic manufacturing pallets to despatch wooden pallets. The cost saving there alone is huge. Coupled with this saving is the benefit of being able to load export containers straight on the slip sheet ( a slip sheet cost $2.50each - an export pallet costs $25.00 each) easy math - the container space saving alone is worth the cost of the unit (approx $8K) - I did a calculation at one facility I worked we could ship 1 x 40ft container for free per month just on the space saving we achieved without shipping the pallet alone.
